Re Performance All Property Services

It was decided to tender for the outsource of the entire site cleaning, and some of the facilities management services, to a contracted supplier.

Throughout the entire process Performance stood out from the other candidates and displayed a willingness to work with us towards a common objective.

Following the successful bid by Performance they have made several significant improvements to our processes and procedures. These have resulted in quantifiable savings to us in both direct material costs and in overhead labour savings. Performance have taken over the management of 3rd party contractors supplying services (pest/insect control, water coolers, tea/coffee supply) and have provided consolidated invoicing and improved visibility of our expenditure on a monthly basis.

Throughout the entire contract to date (and prior to that) the management and staff of Performance have displayed a very high degree of professionalism and dedication to the tasks.
